GOLY.AE offers next-day delivery in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi for orders placed before 2 PM. All other orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

Standard delivery is AED 25 for orders under AED 500.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email, allowing you to track your order’s journey.

We offer refunds on products returned within 10 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original condition. Alternatively, we can arrange a pick-up from your preferred UAE address.

Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

- Quality Issues: If there is a confirmed issue with the quality of the received product, you may request a replacement, a product of equal value, or a full refund. 

- Quantity Issues: If the quantity of the received order is incorrect, and the discrepancy is confirmed by GOLY.AE, you may request a replacement or a fair refund corresponding to the missing items.

Once returned to our warehouse, processing takes up to 5 working days. GOLY.AE will only refund delivery costs if the order is incorrect or faulty.
