All prices on the GOLY.AE website for the United Arab Emirates include a 5% VAT. The total amount paid will be shown on the invoice provided with your order.
We're sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged! Please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible with photos of the damage, and we'll take care of it right away. We'll either send a replacement or process a refund, depending on your preference. Your satisfaction is important to us!"
SHIPPING
GOLY.AE offers next-day delivery in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi for orders placed before 2 PM. All other orders will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
Any purchase over AED 500 qualifies for free delivery across the UAE. For orders below, a delivery fee of AED 100 will apply.
If you prefer not to have your order shipped immediately, you can select a different delivery date at the checkout or email us info@goly.ae.
At the moment, we do not offer click and collect services from our warehouse.
